Topic:
The research focus of the position is nondestructive assessment of asphalt overlaid reinforced concrete bridge decks, under the supervision of Dr. Ece Erdogmus.

Scholarship:
Qualified candidates will be funded as a GRA from a research project for the first year or two, and a departmental teaching assistantship for the remaining years, given minimum requirements for continued success are achieved every year.

Qualifications:
Qualifications include 3.0 GPA, high GRE math/analytical scores, and other differentiating factors (publications, strong references, etc…). Candidates with a master’s degree or with some graduate coursework completed are preferred.
